Modern brick family home with outdoor heated spa pool, located at 35 Heaver Drive in Mount Gambier’s northwest residential area approximately three kilometres from the City Centre, ideal for couples, families and groups travelling together who require more than two bedrooms available at Apartments on Tolmie.

The property features three large bedrooms, king bed in the main, queen bed in the second bedroom and a double bed in the third bedroom. We also have a double sofa bed in the living room allowing the property to sleep up to eight guests, four couples / single people in separate beds.

Spacious living room with gas heating; split system reverse cycle air conditioner, television/video/DVD and CD stereo. Separate timber kitchen with pantry, full size fridge/freezer, microwave and electric oven.

The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and the table seats eight and there is a second split system reverse cycle air conditioner. Telephone/Internet access local calls only.

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine and clothes dryer. All linen and towels provided. The bathroom has a separate toilet, bath and shower room and vanity area to ensure guests sharing together have good access to the facilities.

The property has large lawn grounds and gardens with a large outdoor entertaining area with a six to eight person heated outdoor spa pool, ideal for relaxation. A four-burner gas barbecue is provided at the property.
